+Updated Mp3CoolPlay to version 2.8.0+

Mp3CoolPlay is now updated to version 2.8.0, this version also contains the newest version of the Fmod - music & sound effects system.

Here are the changes for this version:

• Updated Fmod from 'Firelight Technologies' to version 3.63
• MP3 'chirp' noises when seeking reduced or removed completely.
• Scanning streams in now 25% faster.
• Some interface improvements and bug fixes.
